We encourage associates to report concerns or suspicions of any violation of our Code of Ethics and Business Practices, any questionable accounting or auditing practices, or any other unethical or illegal issues that arise in the workplace. Associates may talk with a supervisor, a human resources manager or call the Open Talk Line. The Open Talk Line is confidential, free and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calls to the Open Talk Line may be made anonymously. It is operated by a third-party company we hired to answer calls and document and forward complaints and/or concerns to J.Crew for investigation and evaluation.
