J.Crew Group, Inc. Announces Earnings Release Date, Conference Call and Webcast for Second Quarter Fiscal 2012 Results

New York, New York (August 23, 2012) — J. Crew Group, Inc. today announced that the Company will host a conference call to discuss its second quarter fiscal 2012 financial results on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 11:00 am Eastern Time.  The call will be hosted by James S. Scully, Chief Administrative Officer and Stuart C. Haselden, Chief Financial Officer.  The second quarter fiscal 2012 results press release will be issued prior to the conference call.

Investors and analysts interested in participating in the conference call are invited to dial (877) 407-3982 approximately ten minutes prior to the start of the call.  A replay of the conference call will be available until 11:59 p.m. ET on September 6, 2012 and can be accessed by dialing (877) 870-5176 and entering conference ID number 399026.  The conference call will also be webcast live at www.jcrew.com.  A replay of the webcast will remain available for 90 days.
