Adrienne was most recently a Senior Advisor at McKinsey where she was able to leverage her broad expertise in retail, wholesale and digital for growth and transformation projects. Prior to that role, Adrienne held roles as the CEO of Bandier, the CEO of Frye and the President of Intermix. The first 20 years of her career was in high growth vertical brand building. She was the Chief Merchant and founding member of Loft and President of Ann Taylor where she led both through a period of unprecedented growth and profitability.
