Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 19, 2016, Joan M. Durkin resigned from J.Crew Group, Inc. (the “Company”), effective May 13, 2016. Ms. Durkin served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer from January 22, 2015 until January 11, 2016, at which time Michael J. Nicholson was appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Durkin’s duties as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer will be absorbed by other members of the Company’s finance and accounting team.
