Open Door Policy

We promote an open-door policy when it comes to the needs and concerns of our associates. We encourage associates to report concerns or suspicions of any violation of our Code of Ethics and Business Practices, any questionable accounting or auditing practices, or any other unethical or illegal issues that arise in the workplace. Associates may talk with a supervisor, a human resources manager or call the Open Talk Line or submit a report via www.jcrewopentalk.com. The Open Talk Line is confidential, free and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calls to the Open Talk Line may be made anonymously.
