J.Crew COVID-19 Response

Dear J.Crew community, 
 
We have always been a brand deeply committed to putting the consumer and our associates first and at the center of all we do. Today, this philosophy continues to guide us as we think about all of you who have been affected by COVID-19 and the impact on where we live and work. In these unknown times and uncharted waters, we will continue to operate with you in mind first, which is why I’m sharing the actions we are taking to help keep you and our communities healthy and safe.
 
First, we are utilizing recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and other national and local public health laws for our decision making. Accordingly, we’ve increased the strength and frequency of cleaning and sanitation of all our retail stores, distribution centers and corporate offices. We’ve also advised our associates to follow a safety protocol of regular handwashing, no face touching and minimal physical contact.
 
Secondly, we’ve formed an internal J.Crew safety committee that is providing all associates with continuous updates throughout each day. We’ve also set up a support forum to field questions, provide our best answers and to share information in real time.
 
Thirdly, we are encouraging our associates to prioritize their health, and if they’re feeling sick, to stay home.
 
For our customers, we have increased our support team to better serve you—when you want, where you want. We recognize that you have many priorities in these moments, but want you to know we are always available for you, 24/7 at jcrew.com and jcrewfactory.com. We will continue to actively monitor this situation and provide immediate information and updates that we think will help in all of our efforts to flatten the curve of the COVID-19 crisis, to stay safe and to enable us all to get back to the business of life!
